![]() ![]() I really did enjoy it! Even though I’m not in the same situation as either of these kids, for the time it took me to read the book, I felt like I was going on their journey with them. Some people might find it boring, but I highly recommend that you at least try it. I would recommend it to a friend or family member, but I will say that the book probably isn’t for everybody. ![]() This book falls into two genres: romance and realistic fiction. They go out for coffee together, and Daniel even cancels his interview for her! Talk about risking everything for your one true love – he did it! Daniel meets Natasha on the way to an interview, and they fall in love. His family comes from Korea, but they are legal immigrants. Daniel is a teenage boy with an older brother that he hates. She and her family are illegal immigrants, and she is pushing for the government to let her, her parents, and her brother stay in the U.S. ![]() One character is Natasha, a Jamaican teen. The book deals with real-life situations, and includes two main characters. I recently read a book entitled The Sun Is Also a Star, by Nicola Yoon. ![]()
